Drifting Worlds is now available at the Centre Pompidou bookshop in Paris! 🔫🧵🧶📚🇷🇸🌋🏔️🌍 This is the first monograph devoted to the artist Brankica Žilović, tracing the trajectory of her work over the past twenty years. It features an extensive conversation between the artist and Maja Kolarić, Director of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Belgrade, as well as a text by Christopher Yggdre, in which he focuses in particular on the role of cartography in the cathartic dimension of the Franco-Serbian artist’s practice.
The book accompanies two solo exhibitions by the artist, at the Museum of the City of Belgrade from 5 April to 7 May 2024, and at the Novembar Gallery, also located in Belgrade, from 30 March to 7 May 2024.
