Plastic artist Corine Borgnet studied at the Beaux-arts in Poitiers. She lives and works in Montreuil. Solo exhibitions of her work have been held at the Valérie Delaunay gallery in Paris, the Dali Museum in Paris, The Phatory gallery in New York, as well as at the United Nations headquarters and the Alliance française at Columbia University.
Roland Cognet lives and works in Auvergne and Hérault. He taught sculpture for many years at the École des Beaux-arts de Cherbourg and the École Supérieure d'Art de Clermont Métropole. Since the 1980s, his work has been the subject of numerous solo exhibitions, at the FRAC Auvergne, the Centre d'Art Contemporain de Vassivière, the Centre d'Art du Domaine de Kerguennec and the Centre d'Art Contemporain de Meymac, among many others. He is currently represented by Galerie Claire Gastaud in Clermont Ferrand and Paris.
Julie Legrand is an artist who lives and works in Vendeuil, Picardy. She studied modern literature at the Sorbonne and visual arts at the University of Paris VIII, and went on to train at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts de Paris-Cergy (DNSEP), the ENSCI (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle) and Les Aliziers (woodturning, basketry, ceramics).
Denis Monfleur lives and works in Fontenay-sous-Bois and the Dordogne. Trained as a self-taught sculptor, he has been exhibiting his work since the 1990s. He has had numerous solo exhibitions, at the Centre d'art Jean-Prouvé, Issoire, and the Musée des Beaux-arts, Bordeaux.
Benjamin Sabatier lives and works in Paris. In 2016, he defended a doctoral thesis entitled “L'art à l'épreuve du travail. Entre représentations et processus : économie, politique, utopie” (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne). He is a lecturer at the Sorbonne School of Art. Since 2002, his work has been exhibited in numerous institutions in France and abroad, including the Artothèque de Villeurbanne, the Civica Galleria d'Arte Moderna in Gallarate (IT), the Collection Eleven Steens in Brussels (BE), the Collection Emerige in Paris, and the Latvian Centre for Contemporary Art in Riga, among many others. He is currently represented by Galerie Catherine Issert.
Elmar Trenkwalder was born in 1959. He lives and works in Innsbruck (AT). He is represented by Galerie Bernard Jordan, Paris (FR). In Elmar Trenkwalder's sculpture, volumes, signs and beings take on the appearance given to them by the artist's hands. Each work is the fruit of experimental know-how, guided more by the body than the mind.
